In today’s busy life,nature and weather change bring many problems itself that affects body.
Step 1. One of the most vital thing which is known to everyone but rarely used is drinking of water.While drinking of water, harmful products flow away with urine from body.Drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day.
Step 2. The Wood Apple Squash, Khas, Shikanji, Coconut Water, Jaljira, and Lassi(Curd Squash) are beneficial for health. These are the energetic foods and minerals.
Step 3. Wash face with “Gram flour”. Before or after taking bath massage your body with mustard  or olive oil. Splash of water into eye twice or thrice a day.Don’t use soap over face because it spoil the moisture of skin in lieu of this use the paste of gram flour and curd.You can also apply multani mitti.
Step 4.Avoid Make up because it covers or closes the skin pores. With cucumber one can massage face. Through this one can get relief from the wrinkled skin or sun tan.

Step 1.
Avoid having sugar in your diet. Having sugar in your meal most of times, it will decrease your beauty, so, avoid having sugar items all the times.
Step 2.
One should do yoga daily, to enhance beauty, one should not do yoga on that day when you want to look most beautiful means to say, the yoga that you had done daily will have effect of beauty on that day when you not done the yoga, means very next day. So, plan and do always yoga and not on your handsome day, It will be good to do Gomukhasana and Halasana daily.
Step 3.
When you sneeze, sneeze with your strength, don't give hindrance on your sneezing, when we sneeze our dirt from body goes out so, sneeze louder. Its helpful for body.

One should give up urine after having meal, when we take meal, it gives pressure and our dirt goes out from the urine.
Step 5.
One of the most important thing to keep beauty is to not having much agony, when we have agony and we rebuke and get temper then the chances of aging increase, because hearts increases some flows(unkonwn) that is harmful and effective on age.So, decrease the level of your agony.
Step 6.
If you want to look slim, then avoid wearing pairs of high heels and tight fitting dresses, these things makes women  fatty. So, avoid using ample of time these both things.

Soap Free Face Wash
Urad Daal
Generally everypeople try to wash their face with a soap but soap can make the skin dry. A beautifully created powder of “Urad Daal” means white gram can help you to get your skin younger ever and there should not be any skin related problem.
Take one cup of white gram and grind into a mixer grinder  to get its powder. Keep the powder in a botttle or small vassel. Whenever you wish to wash your face just take one or two nip of the power in a palm and soak it with 2 or 3 drops of water , apply it and rub it on your face and within no time wash your face with cold water or normal water.
Face Pack :You can also use it as a face pack. Include cucumber juice,rose water and apply it over face and neck. let it dry wash with cold water.
Generally use this simple face pack or face wash powder for your daily use and avoid chemical based products to harm skin.
